Billet Throttle Valve Upgrade (Race Use Only)

The factory connection where the throttle valve meets the “Y” bridge is a known weak point, often causing boost leaks due to the flawed plastic ring design. Our solution replaces that failure-prone area with a one-piece, high-temperature O-ring seated in a precision-machined groove—creating a tight, leak-free seal that holds strong under high boost conditions.

To ensure maximum reliability, the throttle valve connection features a barbed end designed specifically to grip your aftermarket cold-side intercooler boot. This prevents slippage, even during extreme heat and pressure situations.

By eliminating the factory throttle blade, we also remove the risk of the internal fastener screws backing out and entering the engine—a potential catastrophe in high-performance builds.
