1. Acceptance

By using h2supplyco.com or buying any product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Products & off-road use

Many products sold by H2 Supply Co. are intended for off-road / closed-course / race vehicles only. They are not legal for sale or use on motor vehicles operated on public highways. You acknowledge that installation may void your manufacturer warranty and may violate federal, state, or local laws (including the Clean Air Act). You — the buyer — are solely responsible for compliance.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe were placed in error or in violation of these terms.

4. Payment

All orders are processed through Shopify Payments or approved third-party processors. You authorize the charge at checkout.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2 Supply Co. is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, installation, or failure of any product. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the new terms.
