We back what we sell. Here's how returns work.

30-day return window

New, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. Email hello@h2supplyco.com for an RMA before shipping anything back.

What we can't take back

• Installed parts (any signs of installation).
• Electronics that have been programmed or VIN-linked (tuners, ECMs).
• Custom-fabricated items.
• Garage Sale items — final sale.
• Special orders past 14 days.

Defective parts

If a part fails out of the box or under manufacturer warranty, contact us — we'll work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement.

Care package warranty

H2 Supply Co. care packages carry the original manufacturer warranty on each component. Labor is not covered.

Off-road / race use disclaimer

Many parts on this site are for off-road / closed-course / race use only and are not legal for use on public highways. Buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with local emissions and motor vehicle laws.
